The Holley Collection provides human hair that has not been chemically processed or altered. This is called virgin hair.

The origin of our hair is China and India (coming soon)! We work directly with factories to provide you with the best hair extensions. Terms such as "Brazilian", "Malaysian", "Peruvian", etc. are not indicative of the origin of the hair. They are only used to define the texture (i.e. curl pattern, how course or silky the hair is, and density of strands). Before purchasing from us or any hair company we encourage consumers to research virgin and raw hair production because your purchase is a great investment! ​

We strongly encourage you to wash and condition hair before installing. We suggest using a gentle shampoo free of sulfates and other strong chemicals. After initial wash and install hair should mainly be co-washed using conditioner only. If the hair has become excessively oily from products a gentle shampoo should be used to remove oils Washing and co-washing should be completed using lukewarm water When possible, allow hair to air dry to limit applied to hair Avoid using products containing grease, heavy oils, alcohol, and sulfates When sleeping braid/twist hair to reduce tension on weft. We also suggest using a silk/satin bonnet and/ pillowcase When brushing/detangling start from the bottom and work way up to the roots to avoid breakage

The number of bundles needed will depend on many factors including method of install, use of frontal/closure, and head size. The longer the length of the bundle the short the weft. We suggest the following guidelines for purchasing: ​ 12in - 16in (2-3 bundles) 18in - 22in (3 bundles) 24in - 30in (3-5 bundles) ​ Consult your stylist before purchasing to ensure you have appropriate amount of hair for install.

Our hair is 100% virgin hair! It can be bleached and colored. We suggest allowing a professional to color hair to avoid damaging your investment. ​

With proper care bundles of hair should last 1-2 years. This also depends on the type of install, products used, and other factors. The longevity of lace frontals and closures will depend on care, type of install, and types of alteration (bleaching, plucking, etc.). Lace pieces are VERY fragile and no matter how great the care or install is they will shed.

Minimally. All hair wefted hair and lace hair products shed! There are ways to reduce shedding but no matter what the hair will shed during styling and over time. See our care instructions to learn how to properly care for your extensions and keep shedding to a minimum. ​ Note: Bleaching and customizing lace products improperly

We suggest using lightweight and sulfate free products. We suggest using lightweight oil and heat protectant when styling. We suggest using comb through hair spray to hold curls (Nexxus is our fave!)
